RxMentorSM

Many of Humana's members currently take multiple medications prescribed by more than one doctor. As a result, the risks of drug/drug interactions, potential side effects, and higher prescription costs have increased. Eligible members are now being provided one-on-one telephone consultations with a pharmacist. The goal of this program is to optimize therapeutic outcomes by focusing on safety, lower-cost alternatives, adherence, and health literacy.
