Account Activity

For details on all your spending account transactions, just visit the “Account Activity” page. This page shows transactions have been processed already - with details about the date processed, type of expense, and amount - as well as transactions that are still in process or didn't go through.

Account Activity Filter

To find a certain transaction or group of transactions, select a range of dates and type of account here.

Posted Transactions

View spending account transactions that Humana has finished processing. You'll only see transactions that match your filter criteria.

Pending Transactions

View in-process spending account activity that has not yet been deducted from your account.

Declined Transactions

View transactions that didn't go through and find out why - for instance, if you used your debit card at a “non-health-related” merchant.
