Health Savings Account (HSA) Members can save and budget for their health care expenses with tax-free money. The funds accumulate from year to year and move with the member.

Personal Care Account (PCA) Employers put money in an "expense account" for their employee's health care. The account can be structured to allow rollover from one year to the next.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Members can set aside tax-free money for health care. The funds must be used in the same year in which they were set aside.
