The PFFS doesn't have a list of providers, so Medicare-eligible retirees can choose any provider who accepts Medicare and agrees to Humana’s payment terms and conditions.

Members also have access to a variety of programs and services that promote healthy living and aging – at no additional cost. Value-added features include fitness programs and Humana Active Outlook^SM.

How the plan works

With the Humana Group Medicare PFFS plan, members enjoy several features and benefits, including the following:

• Primary care doctor’s office visits and annual routine physicals
  
  
• No copayment for preventive services, including cancer screenings and immunizations, for most plans
  
  
• Emergency coverage anywhere in the world
  
  
• Optional Humana prescription drug coverage that gives members drug coverage equal to or better than the minimum requirements for a Medicare Part D plan – including coverage for all of the most commonly prescribed drugs for seniors*
